Our Values
We’re brave
and ballsy
We take calculated risks and like to take the path less trodden.
Inspired by the self-organising systems of nature – from flocks and pods to decentralised ecosystems – we are FloxMind: a robotics automation service provider built to respond to the changing needs of the modern warehouse system.
At the heart of our solutions is a modular, hardware-agnostic intelligence layer that helps ambitious 3PLs and brands deploy smarter, scalable, and responsive automation – fast.
To democratise warehouse automation by making it easily accessible, adaptable, and vendor-agnostic. We’re building a future where businesses of all sizes can orchestrate diverse robotic fleets with ease, whilst boosting productivity, increasing ROI and eliminating integration barriers.
FloxMind isn’t just building warehouse intelligence. We’re creating the connective tissue for a smarter, more adaptive world – where technology doesn’t just execute, but orchestrates, evolves, and responds.
We call our technology Multi-Agent Adaptive Intelligence: a new form of decentralised coordination where autonomous agents think, learn, and move in sync – like a living network of minds in motion.
FloxMind began as Phinxt Robotics, founded by Yanwen and Quirino – two PhDs with deep expertise in robotics and cyber-physical systems. With decades of experience in mobile robotics and industrial integration, we shared a vision: to make warehouse automation more accessible, adaptable, and intelligent.
As the market grew, challenges became clear. Automation was booming, but solutions were fragmented. AGVs, AMRs, and legacy systems struggled to communicate. Integration was slow, costly, and rigid – every new robot meant months of custom work. Warehouses faced a tradeoff between innovation and interoperability.
We believed there was a smarter way.
So, we built Phinxt – a decentralised, edge-based intelligence platform that unifies automation across vendors and systems. No rip-and-replace. No vendor lock-in. Just seamless coordination, rapid deployment, and real-time fleet control.
Now known as FloxMind, our mission remains the same: to help warehouses automate on their terms – faster, smarter, and without compromise. From day one, we’ve focused on vendor-agnostic interoperability, intuitive deployment, and true orchestration – giving clients the freedom to evolve, without the friction.
Warehouses are under pressure – and many businesses are on the edge. Rising labor costs and inefficiencies are destroying profit. Manual warehouses simply don’t make money anymore. However, most automation today is built for the old world – high volumes of identical products, fixed layouts, and predictable demand. In today’s world, businesses must move fast, handle varied SKUs, and continuously adapt.
When we think about the future of the warehouse, it’s not about replacing humans or systems – it’s about orchestrating everything intelligently:
People, robots, inventory, locations, and design – all working together through one smart platform.
Our vision is to become the cognitive fabric of the physical world – connecting autonomous systems everywhere with intelligence, fluidity, and freedom.
We’re starting in the warehouse – but our ambition is to transform how the physical world operates: from fragmented automation to intelligent, coordinated systems that adapt in real time.
Tomorrow, we strive to support the orchestration of entire physical networks – energy, transport, production, logistics – anywhere intelligent action is needed.
Because the world needs more than automation. It needs systems that think, flow, and evolve.
